This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes what data the TDS (Traffic Distribution System) service collects and processes, how such data is used, stored, and protected, as well as the rights and obligations of Users with respect to their data.
By using the TDS service, the User confirms their acceptance of the terms of this Policy.
1. General provisions
1.1. TDS is a commercial software service for managing, distributing, and analyzing advertising traffic.
1.2. TDS respects User privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect processed data.
1.3. This Policy applies to all data received by TDS in the course of providing the service.
2. What data TDS processes
2.1. Account data
TDS may process the following User data:
- email address;
- data provided during account registration;
- data related to teams and roles.
2.2. Data related to service usage
While using TDS, technical and statistical data is processed, including but not limited to:
- clicks and URL transitions of campaigns;
- advertising request parameters;
- conversion and event data;
- aggregated traffic and performance metrics;
- logs of clicks, conversions, and system events.
2.3. Domain, landing page, and offer data
- domain names added by the User;
- uploaded landing pages and white pages;
- links to offers and affiliate networks;
- data transfer parameters (postback, tracking).
❗ All of the above data belongs to the User, not to TDS.
3. Data ownership
3.1. All data submitted or created by the User while using TDS does not become the property of TDS.
3.2. TDS does not claim ownership of:
- advertising campaigns;
- offers;
- landing pages;
- domains;
- User statistics.
3.3. The User retains full ownership of their data.
4. Use of data
TDS is entitled to use processed data exclusively for the following purposes:
- providing and ensuring the proper operation of the service;
- analytics and reporting;
- diagnostics, debugging, and service quality improvement;
- ensuring system security and stability;
- preventing abuse and improper use of the service.
5. Data anonymization and demonstration
5.1. TDS does not transfer confidential User data to third parties.
5.2. TDS reserves the right to use anonymized and aggregated data (without indicating:
- domains;
- offers;
- specific campaigns;
- User-identifying parameters)
for the following purposes:
- demonstrating service capabilities;
- internal analytics;
- statistical and research purposes.
Examples of permissible data include:
- total number of clicks;
- aggregated traffic charts;
- anonymized load metrics.
5.3. Such data does not allow identification of the User or reconstruction of their funnel.
6. Data transfer to third parties
6.1. TDS does not sell or transfer User data to third parties.
6.2. Data transfer is possible only in the following cases:
- when required by law or lawful requests of government authorities;
- when necessary to protect the rights, security, and infrastructure of TDS;
- when the User initiates the data transfer themselves (e.g., via postback or integrations).
7. Data storage
7.1. Data is stored for the duration of the User’s use of the service.
7.2. After termination of service use, data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless otherwise required:
- by law;
- for security purposes;
- for dispute resolution.
7.3. TDS does not guarantee indefinite data storage.
8. Data security
8.1. TDS implements technical and organizational measures to protect data from:
- unauthorized access;
- loss;
- alteration;
- disclosure.
8.2. At the same time, the User understands and accepts that:
- data transmission over the Internet cannot be completely secure;
- TDS cannot guarantee absolute protection against all external threats.
9. User responsibility
9.1. The User is solely responsible for:
- the legality of processed traffic;
- compliance of offers and landing pages with applicable laws;
- compliance with the rules of advertising networks and affiliate programs.
9.2. TDS is not responsible for:
- the content of the User’s offers and landing pages;
- the consequences of data usage by the User or third parties at the User’s initiative.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
10.1. TDS may use cookies and similar technologies exclusively for:
- ensuring proper operation of the service;
- saving User preferences;
- system analytics.
10.2. TDS does not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.
11. Policy changes
11.1. TDS reserves the right to amend this Policy without prior notice.
11.2. The current version of the Policy is always available in the TDS documentation.
