These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the TDS (Traffic Distribution System) service and define the rights, obligations, and limits of liability between the User and the TDS service.

By using TDS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. TDS is a software service for managing, distributing, and analyzing advertising traffic.

1.2. TDS provides the User with tools for:

  • processing advertising traffic;
  • routing users according to defined logic;
  • collecting statistics and analytical data;
  • working with domains, landings, offers, and affiliate networks.

1.3. TDS is not:

  • a traffic source;
  • an advertising platform;
  • an affiliate network;
  • a financial intermediary;
  • a service that guarantees income or profit.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

2.1. Use of TDS is possible only with full acceptance of these Terms.

2.2. If the User does not agree with any provision of the Terms, they must stop using the service.

2.3. Continued use of TDS after the Terms are updated constitutes automatic acceptance of the new version.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. An account registration is required to use TDS.

3.2. The User is fully responsible for:

  • keeping their login and password secure;
  • all actions performed within their account;
  • the accuracy of the information provided.

3.3. Account access recovery is possible only through support and only if the email address used during registration is available.

3.4. If access to the registered email address is lost, account recovery is not possible.

4. Use of the Service

4.1. The User uses TDS at their own risk and independently determines how the service is applied.

4.2. The User must:

  • use TDS in compliance with applicable laws;
  • independently monitor traffic sources;
  • ensure correct configuration of campaigns, flows, and domains.

4.3. TDS does not review or control:

  • the content of landings and offers;
  • the legality of advertised products;
  • traffic compliance with advertising networks or affiliate program requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. TDS does not guarantee:

  • profit, income, or return on investment;
  • performance stability;
  • the absence of discrepancies between TDS data and third-party systems.

5.2. TDS is not liable for:

  • losses caused by traffic sources;
  • actions of advertising networks or affiliate programs;
  • account suspensions in third-party services;
  • errors in user configurations.

5.3. TDS analytics reflect only the data transmitted to the system.
TDS does not restore or “guess” missing data.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1. While using TDS, the system may receive data related to advertising traffic processing, including but not limited to: clicks, events, conversions, technical request parameters, and aggregated statistics.

6.2. All data transmitted by the User to TDS or generated as a result of traffic processing is not the property of TDS. Ownership of such data remains with the User or the relevant third parties.

6.3. The User grants TDS the right to:

  • store the transmitted data;
  • process and analyze it as part of the service operation;
  • use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the quality, stability, and development of TDS.

6.4. TDS does not disclose or transfer the User’s confidential data to third parties, including but not limited to:

  • domains;
  • offers;
  • landings;
  • campaign and flow settings;
  • funnel structures and business logic.

6.5. In certain cases, TDS may present anonymized and aggregated data to third parties that does not allow identification of the User or their infrastructure, such as:

  • generalized click volume charts;
  • overall system load metrics;
  • statistics for demonstration or analytical purposes.

Such data does not contain information capable of revealing the User’s commercial or competitive advantages.

6.6. TDS takes reasonable measures to protect User data and adheres to confidentiality principles. The service does not engage in transferring, “leaking,” or disclosing data that could harm the User, including using data for competitive purposes.

6.7. The User understands and agrees that data processing in TDS is carried out solely for the purpose of providing the service and does not imply using the data beyond the purposes specified in these Terms.

7. Domains and Infrastructure

7.1. The User independently:

  • registers domains;
  • renews domains;
  • is responsible for their availability.

7.2. TDS does not store or reserve User domains.

7.3. Domain packages have an expiration period and are not renewed automatically.

7.4. If a package expires and is not renewed, domains may be automatically deleted by the system.

7.5. Deleted domains cannot be restored.

7.6. All TDS pricing plans include basic DDoS protection.

This protection is designed to mitigate low- to medium-scale attacks and is sufficient for normal service operation in most cases.

7.7. In the event of a significant increase in the scale of a DDoS attack that results in high load on the TDS infrastructure, the User may be offered paid enhanced DDoS protection through support.

7.8. If the User refuses enhanced protection or cannot be contacted to coordinate its activation, TDS reserves the right to temporarily disable or remove the User’s domain from the system in order to protect the infrastructure and ensure service stability.

7.9. Disabling or removing a domain in the event of a DDoS attack is solely a forced measure to reduce load on the TDS infrastructure and does not constitute a breach of obligations by the service.

7.10. Abuse complaints

If complaints, notices, or abuse reports are received regarding the User’s domain, TDS reserves the right to:

  • temporarily disable the domain;
  • or remove the domain from the system without prior coordination with the User.

Domain removal due to an abuse report is a forced measure aimed at complying with the requirements of hosting providers and other infrastructure partners of TDS.

7.11. Repeated abuse

Repeated abuse reports related to the User’s domains may result in stricter measures, including but not limited to:

  • temporary suspension of access to the service;
  • permanent account termination without compensation for remaining funds or subscriptions.

The decision to apply such measures is made by TDS based on the nature of the abuse reports, their frequency, and the potential risks to the service infrastructure.

8. Payments and Billing

8.1. All payments in TDS are final.
Refunds, payment reversals, subscription suspensions, or subscription refunds are not provided.

8.2. The minimum payment amount is 30 (thirty) US dollars.
Payments below this minimum threshold are not credited and are not subject to refund or recovery.

8.3. The User must:

  • specify the exact payment amount matching the amount generated in the TDS interface;
  • use only supported payment methods and currencies;
  • strictly follow the instructions provided on the payment page.

8.4. Payments sent in a currency different from the one selected when creating the payment are not credited.
Recovery or refund of such payments is not possible, regardless of the circumstances under which they were sent.

8.5. For each payment, the User must use a unique payment address (wallet).
Sending repeated payments to the same wallet is prohibited.
To make a new payment, the payment process must be completed again from the beginning to obtain a new payment address.

8.6. Payments sent in violation of the instructions (including but not limited to: incorrect amount, incorrect currency, reuse of a wallet) may:

  • not be credited automatically;
  • require manual review through support;
  • in some cases be deemed impossible to credit.

8.7. TDS is not responsible for the loss of User funds resulting from:

  • failure to follow payment instructions;
  • sending funds in an unsupported currency;
  • reusing a payment address;
  • errors by payment systems or the User.

9. Teams and Access

9.1. Access to a personal account’s data may not be transferred to third parties.

9.2. A team mechanism is used for collaborative work.

9.3. Each team:

  • has a separate balance;
  • requires active subscriptions;
  • operates independently of the personal accounts of its members.

9.4. The User managing a team is solely responsible for granting and controlling access.

10. Support

10.1. TDS support is intended to resolve technical issues, not to provide training or ongoing guidance.

10.2. Support is not required to:

  • explain functionality described in the documentation;
  • assist with campaign setup;
  • analyze the User’s business results.

10.3. Support requests must be submitted as a single, concise message addressing the issue.

11. Prohibited Use

The following is prohibited:

  • using TDS for malicious traffic;
  • using TDS for illegal purposes;
  • attempts to bypass system restrictions;
  • abuse of the infrastructure;
  • automated attacks on the service;
  • using referral links in paid search advertising for the TDS brand.

Violations may result in restricted or terminated access without compensation.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1. TDS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

12.2. The current version of the Terms is published in the documentation.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. TDS is provided “as is,” without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

13.2. Use of the service signifies full acceptance of its logic, limitations, and operating principles.
